Buyer membership
The 90-day trial and an active buyer membership open buyer-gated inquiries, listing documents, saved-search actions, and daily digest delivery.
Membership does not grant off-market access. That remains a separate, broker-only approval.

Seller listing rates
After the trial, verified sellers need an active seller-listing or enterprise entitlement to submit a listing for review. Founding eligibility is set at broker approval until the 100-firm cap is reached.
Payment never replaces seller verification, listing review, or written off-market approval.

Enterprise unlimited
Enterprise is the unlimited-listing entitlement for eligible verified sellers. It also satisfies buyer-membership access after the trial.
Enterprise is not sold at a published rate and has no checkout. Terms are agreed in a written contract and the entitlement is enabled by AVXact once that agreement is signed. Talk to us about volume, seats, and term.
